01Zero internal accounts
This website does not collect, store, or process personal registration data. All registration and ticketing is handled externally on the official Unstop portal, subject to Unstop's own privacy terms.
02Non-commercial use
Registration details shared with the organizers through Unstop are used solely to verify participants, issue certificates and on-duty letters, and operate the event. They are never sold or used for commercial marketing.
03Institutional standards
Data handling follows SRM University-AP institutional standards and the IBM Qiskit Fall Fest charter. Access is restricted to authorized organizing cells.
04Media at the event
Keynotes and ceremonies may be photographed, filmed, or live-streamed. Please inform the on-site helpdesk if you prefer not to appear in published media.
